Shaikh Mohammed, who is taking the tour under the directives of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, said the move to identify the needs of the citizens and to fulfil their aspirations in the different domains reflects the wise leadership’s keenness to empower people of the UAE to further contribute to serving their community and their nation at large.
The meetings were attended by Shaikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor; Lt-General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister; Shaikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court; Shaikh Omer bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Zayed bin Sultan Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works; Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Shaikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works; and senior officials.
Scores of citizens expressed their joy at meeting Shaikh Mohammed and prayed for further progress and prosperity for the UAE under the wise leadership of Shaikh Khalifa.
Gen Mohammed attends banquet
Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed and Shaikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, attended a lunch banquet hosted by Mohammed Sultan bin Huwaidin Al Kutbi in their honour in Ajman.
The shaikhs, ministers and other dignitaries accompanying Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed also attended the banquet.
