Immigration detectives headed by Ghazi Auamie has made the proposal to First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Ahmad Al-Hmoud, through the Assistant Undersecretary Lt General Sheikh Faisal Al-Nawwaf.
The proposal suggested that the period given must be in summer so that expats who have children in schools can leave without affecting their children’s study.
According to the proposal the violators from different nationalities have reached more than 100,000 and that the campaigns carried out by the ministry of interior have not succeeded in detaining all of them.
The decision in this matter now is in the hands of minister of interior.
