KUNA: Arab League secretary general Nabil Al-Araby said Tuesday Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa’s proposal to establish an Arab court for human rights was very important.
He made the remarks during a meeting with members of Bahrain’s committee tasked with following the implementation of King hamad’s proposal.
Both sides discussed outcome of a meeting of the committee of Arab legal experts regarding the establishment of an Arab human rights court, a statement by the league said.
The Bahraini side offered sponsoring a number of seminars to deliberate the establishment of the court and its duties.
