Al-Arabi told a press conference attended by Council representative Abdulmen’em Al-Houni that the NTC would fill the vacancy seat which was frozen back in February due actions by the former regime led by Muammar Al-Gaddafi.
The Arab Foreign Ministers meeting in Doha clearly reflected sentiments of Libya regaining the seat through the NTC, adding that the upcoming meeting next Saturday would make the step official.
On his part, Al-Houni thanked Al-Arabi and the Arab League for such announcement, affirming that his country would work a bright future for the Libyan people.
