The Premier lauded the community organisations’ contribution to the political and decision-making processes and said the organisations were cooperating with the government to provide citizens with better living standards and other services.
Shaikh Khalifa said the reforms project initiated by His Majesty the King, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, opened the door for the citizens to work together and contribute to national development. He said the development process would continue to ensure more achievements for Bahrain.
l Shaikh Khalifa also received the board of directors of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, led by Dr Essam Fakhro, and stressed that the Kingdom’s achievements in the housing sector contributed to developing the investment and economic movement.
The Premier said international organisations’ recognition of Bahrain’s achievements reflected the success of the leadership and citizens in implementing the initiatives of HM the King. He lauded the role of the Bahraini business families in building a strong and competitive economic sector and affirmed the government’s full support for the business families to enable them to carry out their duties and contribute to the development process.
Shaikh Khalifa also lauded the BCCI role in implementing the Kingdom’s economic policies and expanding the economic sector. He urged the businessmen to benefit from the open economic environment and attract more investments and economic projects.
