The victim filed a case with officers in Sabah Al-Nasser police and reported a Kuwaiti citizen working in the Ministry of Defense duped him after talking him into buying UAV which he claimed could be sold to the Defense Ministry for five times the price.
He said the suspect brought in witnesses to sign the contract before the initial payment of KD 79,000 was made, and few weeks later, he paid the remaining KD 71. He noted the suspect switched off his mobile and disappeared after collecting the money. He provided details of the suspect to policemen to facilitate his arrest
