Lt-Gen Dhahi Khalfan spoke about the issue at a meeting held with the Indian Ambassador to the UAE, M.K. Lokesh, and in the presence of the Foreign Ministry officials.
They discussed a number of issues concerning the Indian community in Dubai and also exchanged views on a number of issues of common concern. Lt-Gen Dhahi Khalfan offered condolences to the family of Brig Matar Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Board of Baniyas Sports Club, at the residence of the deceased in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday. He expressed his profound grief and solace, and prayed to the Almighty to bestow mercy upon the deceased and give patience to his family.
