The request was made during a meeting between Qatar’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah and Fiji’s Minister for Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation Ratu Inoke Kubuabola at the Foreign Ministry on Wednesday.
Talks during the meeting also dealt with bilateral relations and how to enhance the relations, in addition to a number of issues of mutual concern.
A number of foreign ministry officials also attended the meeting, QNA said.
