The convicted Filipinos were represented by a lawyer, while the Philippine embassy continues to provide them with assistance, the DFA said.
The Filipino sentenced to death is an employee of a state-owned company while the 2 others are technicians of a military base.
They were accused of leaking and selling state secrets.
