“The GCC foreign ministers’ council renews its support to the UAE sovereignty over its three islands — Greater Tunb and Lesser Tunb and Abu Musa — and over their territorial waters, airspace, continental shelf and economic zone as an integral part of the UAE,” said a statement issued in Riyadh on Monday at the end of the 111th meeting of the GCC foreign ministers’ council.
