The officials also approved the unified law for family courts in the GCC states and formed a committee of experts to study the draft unified law on children rights.
The officials concluded on Wednesday the 15th session of their annual meeting held here under the United Arab Emirates Undersecretary of Justice Ministry Mohammad bin Hamad Al-Badi.
Kuwait was represented in the two-day meeting by a senior delegation headed by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice Abdul-Aziz Al Majed.
The bills and proposals approved by the undersecretaries were referred to the GCC Ministers of Justice for final approval in their upcoming meeting, to be held here on 10-11 October.
