After the meeting in Kuwait, the conferees stressed the necessity of exchanging experience among the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member countries in the fight against crimes, involving money laundering and technological, credit and ATM crimes, as soon as possible.
Cooperation also needs to be promoted with Asian countries that have large communities in Gulf nations, they recommended.
The 23rd meeting is due to be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the conferees decided.
During the two-day meeting, the State of Kuwait presented a working paper on fight against financial and administrative fraud.
Brigadier Abdul-Hamid al-Awadhi, head of the Kuwaiti delegation taking part in the gathering, proposed the holding of training courses on ways and means of combating financial corruption.
