According to Majlis International Affairs Department, Aladdin Boroujerdi in a message to Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of Kuwait Parliament Hamad Saif al-Harashani wrote, ‘Regretfully, I heard about death and injury of many of your compatriots in a terrorist attack by Takfiri groups on a mosque during fasting month of Ramadan.’
He also said recent terrorist incidents in France, Tunisia and Kuwait reminded the menace of the ominous phenomenon of terrorism to all world nations.
Boroujerdi said Iranian nation since victory of Islamic Revolution has been targeted by terrorist attacks and lost many of its citizens, including president, prime minister and a number of senior officials.
In this connection, he added, Iran is ready for cooperation on any kind of action to fight the phenomenon of terrorism.
The MP strongly condemned the terrorist crime and expressed his sorrow and sympathy with Kuwaiti victims’ families, condoled with Kuwaiti government and nation and prayed for recovery of injured persons.
On Friday, when worshippers were offering their prayers, a suicide bomber exploded himself among the people and caused many killed and wounded in Imam Sadeq Mosque in Kuwait.
