The protesters gathered outside the Bahraini Embassy on Wednesday, demanding an end to regime brutalities against peaceful protests in Bahrain, Fars news agency reported.
They also held a mock trial for the country’s King Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifa, which was attended by a number of Bahraini rights activists.
They held the king responsible for the demolition of dozens of mosques, use of violent force against popular protests and preventing medical care for the injured.
After the hearing, the court handed a symbolic death sentence to the Bahraini ruler for killing anti-regime demonstrators, holding thousands in prison and torturing activists in jail.
More than people have been martyred by Bahraini regime forces since a popular revolt erupted against the ruling Al Khalifa family in February 2011.
