These government institutions, he said, were created to serve the public.
‘We do not want the state relationship with its citizens to be a one-way relationship. Rather, each and every citizen must serve his/her country in every way possible,’ said Shaikh Khalifa.
He met natives of the area and listened to their needs and expectations and assured them that the state would do everything within its power to ensure the prosperity of its citizens.
The President instructed officials to take action on issues raised by the citizens during the meeting.
On their part, the citizens of the area expressed their happiness to have met Shaikh Khalifa, noting that the area was looking forward to the new projects being implemented.
A number of poets from the area recited their poems, praising the persona of Shaikh Khalifa and his leadership.
Shaikh Khalifa also inspected a number of agricultural and construction projects and attended a wedding ceremony of citizen Rashid Saeed Mohammed Harmesh Al Mansouri.
