Kuwait calls for greater pan-Arab security cooperation

The minister, in a statement he made upon his departure to Tunisia to take part in the scheduled 29th session of the Arab Interior Ministers Council, due to begin later on Tuesday, said agenda of the meeting included several items, concerning means of bolstering pan-Arab security cooperation, namely in the realms of combating terrorism, violence, combating drugs, money-laundering, cyber crimes, illegal humans’ trade and moralistic offenses.

The ministers, during the meeting, will review results of past meetings and listen to reports about the Arab Police Sports Union, Naid Abul Aziz University for Security Sciences in addition to various other reports.

Sheikh Ahmad Al-Humoud, who was accompanied by a delegation of senior officials, was seen off at the airport by officials of the ministry.
