On the other hand MP Dr. Jamaan Al-Harbash said the formation of the new Cabinet was not successful, and it is the formation of someone who seeks crisis and a clash. "I think this is a message to the Kuwaiti people, while we hoped for it to be away from the crisis escalation elements, and it did not study the election results and did not stay away from the crisis reasons.

MP Abdallah Rae Al-Fhama said "We hoped to see a cabinet that is away from the ‘quotas’ but, with great regret, Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad got us accustomed with the formation of weak governments that do not meet the ambitions of the nation’s MPs." The quotas he is referring to means the practice of including several members of the ruling family in the cabinet line-up. There are five ruling family members in the new cabinet counting the premier.

Rae Al-Fhama said the new government is loaded with political mines. "Contrary to our expectations for a strong government with clear vision particularly at this sensitive stage, as boredom hit the streets and we feel that we live in a country that does not have a decision towards developmental projects dealing with infrastructure.

Despite that we will cooperate as much as we can with this government, provided that it produces a clear and comprehensive working plan according to Article 98, to be an important element in calming the atmosphere, especially that we want through several assemblies with a working plan, causing the crisis element to appear between the two authorities," he added.

He said parliamentarians respect the wish of Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad in entrusting Sheikh Nasser, and the formation of the cabinet is the premier’s privilege, adding that if MPs have any comments, they have the constitutional tools, to express them.
