“And if the Iranian side is interested in signing a Memorandum of Understanding, they first have to activate the numerous agreements signed between the two countries in a number of fields,” he said.
Mehr News Agency had erroneously reported that a memorandum of understanding was prepared and would be signed by the Kingdom and Iran for the exchange of persons sentenced to prison between the two countries.
