Royal Decree No 72/2009 ratifies the Additional Annex amending the agreement on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of income tax evasion signed in Muscat on October 5, 2009 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Uzbekistan.
Royal Decree No 73/2009 ratifies the agreement for mutual encouragement and protection of investments between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Belgian-Luxembourg Economic Union (BLEU). Royal Decree No 74/2009 appoints Shaikh Humaid bin Ali bin Sultan al Maani, Oman’s Ambassador to India, as the Sultanate’s non-resident ambassador to Nepal. Royal Decree No 75/2009 ratifies the agreement on security co-operation and coordination between the Sultanate of Oman and Iran. The decrees took effect yesterday.
