Ali Kaffashian, who is in Zurich to participate in FIFA’s annual congress, said that he had told Qatari officials that for cooperation between the two federations, an agreement has to be signed between them.
On reelection of Sepp Blatter as FIFA president, Kaffashian said that Mr. Blatter should keep in mind that it was the Asian and African countries that provided the most support to him.
Blatter has to change his attitude to those who trusted him, Kaffashian said.
