Qatar judiciary chief voices readiness for cooperation with Iran
He made the remarks in a meeting with Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hossein Amir Abollahian on Wednesday.
He said his country is ready for collaboration with Iran in judiciary areas.
He further referred to Iran’s important role in the region and said Tehran-Doha ties were of particular significance.
He said the two countries could cooperate both in bilateral issues as well as international judiciary bodies.
During the meeting which took place at the sideline of Tehran-Doha political committee meeting, 
Abdollahian appreciated the positive role of the Qatari judiciary chief in facilitating consular and judiciary procedures between the two countries.
He said the two friendly and brotherly countries were expected to increase cooperation.
He said the recent visit of the Qatari judiciary chief to Tehran helped pave the way for mutual judiciary cooperation.
Al-Marri visited Iran in late November 2014.
Abdollahian left Tehran for Doha on Tuesday to take part in the joint political committee meeting there.
