The two, one from Chad and the other a Yemeni, are being interrogated after their arrest in relation to conversations they had on social media forums with militants abroad, a Security Spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior said Thursday.

One of the suspects, the Chadian national, was deported from the country but had returned to Saudi Arabia with a passport from another country. He along with the Yemeni national were serving deviant thought.

The security authorities concerned monitored the e-mails of the two suspects on social networking websites. There were messages of hatred and incitement.

The authorities managed to arrest the two expatriates in the last 10 days of Ramadan. It became clear from the items seized from them including computers and mobile telephones that they were communicating with deviant groups abroad either through coded e-mails or identifiers through the social networking websites like Abul Fida, Hassaboy, Muawiya Al-Madani, Rassasah Fi Qassasah, and Abul Fida Al-Dougali.

They exchanged information on suicide operations that were to take place in the region. Preliminary investigations showed this. Investigations are under way.
