Arab News: Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal, 72, left hospital after the completion of his treatment yesterday. “Prince Saud was discharged from hospital after full recovery yesterday.
The prince will convalesce for some time,” a Royal Court statement, carried by the Saudi Press Agency, said.
The royal court announced on Aug. 11 that the prince underwent surgery to remove an obstruction in his intestines. Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah had visited the country’s chief diplomat at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Jeddah. Prince Saud is one of the world’s longest-serving foreign ministers.
