Saudi king allocates SR400 million for treating kidney patients

King Abdullah is the chairman of the foundation’s board of trustees.

“The program is aimed at providing free medical treatment of international standards for kidney patients in the Kingdom,” said Prince Khaled bin Abdullah, chairman of the foundation’s board of directors.

The foundation will supply 1,000 dialysis machines with a total capacity of treating up to 5,000 patients daily, said the prince, who thanked the King for his humanitarian gesture.
