Shaikh Abdullah conveyed to Temer greetings from His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and his wishes for further progress and prosperity of the people of Brazil.
The Brazilian Vice-President told Shaikh Abdullah to convey his greetings to Shaikh Mohammad and his best wishes to the people of the UAE.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance bilateral ties, particularly in areas of economy, culture, investment and sports.
Earlier, Shaikh Abdullah met Antonio de Aguiar Patriota, Brazilian Minister of External Relations. They signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on political consultations.
The meeting was also attended by Sultan Ahmad Bin Sulayem, Chairman of DP World; Khalid Al Gaith, Assistant Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs; Abdullah Al Suboosi, Director of the American & Pacific Affairs at the Foreign Ministry; and Ahmad Al Nuaimi, UAE Charge D’affaires in Brazil.
