They met during the visit of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to Britain.
The two ministers discussed ways to boost cooperation between the UAE and Britain in several fields, particularly in the areas of technology, mutual trade and investment. The meeting also addressed facilitation of travel of citizens between the countries without impediments.
Present at the meeting were Reem Ibrahim Al Hashimi, Minister of State, Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director of Dubai Ruler’s Court, Abdul Rahman Al Mutaiwee, UAE Ambassador to the UK, British Minister of Commerce Lord Marvin David, Edward Anthony Oakden, UK Ambassador to the UAE, and a number of officials from both sides.
