The meeting was presided by its chairman Dr. Abdul Rahim Yusuf Al Awadhi, Assistant to Foreign Minister for Legal Affairs and International Organisations.
The committee reviewed a number of issues related to combating terrorism. It also discussed ways to develop cooperation with the committees and authorities concerned in the UAE and the reports submitted to the committees of the Security Council on combating terrorism.
Representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the General Command of UAE Armed Forces, UAE Central Bank and the Directorate-General for National Security in Dubai attended the meeting.
