He said this on Tuesday in a brief address made before the participants of an orientation session for the forthcoming UAE Women Leadership Programme.
Shaikh Mohammed also expressed his happiness over the enthusiastic participation of the women in the leadership programme. He said he has given paramount importance to the development of the national women as they constitute half of the society and represent its soul.
He noted that his investment in the human factor has started to give its fruits as competent young leaders have emerged in public and private sectors.
Dubai Women Establishment in cooperation with the Mohammed bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development organised the seminar at Al Murooj Rotana Hotel, in order to give the participants an insight into the the programme, its details and goals.
Chairwoman of Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) Shaikha Manal welcomed Shaikh Mohammed into the session and asserted that the DWE is inspired by his vision.
