Saudi Jets Hit Sa’ada Market, UNICEF Headquarters

The Saudi-led coalition’s fighter jets fired over 50 missiles at Sa’ada market and turned it into rubbles. It was the fourth time in the past few weeks that the market came under attack.

Also, the Saudi fighter jets bombed the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) headquarters in Hajjah province’s Meidi district.

The Saudi warplanes had earlier this week targeted UNICEF ships engaged in delivery of humanitarian aid to the Yemeni people.

Saudi Arabia has been striking Yemen for 57 days now to restore power to fugitive president Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh. The Saudi-led aggression has so far killed at least 3,849 Yemenis, including hundreds of women and children.

Hadi stepped down in January and refused to reconsider the decision despite calls by Ansarullah revolutionaries of the Houthi movement.

Despite Riyadh’s claims that it is bombing the positions of the Ansarullah fighters, Saudi warplanes are flattening residential areas and civilian infrastructures.
