"The objectives of the so-called Saudi Operation Decisive Storm (Saudi aggression) are not limited to the aggression against Yemen, but it also includes Bahrain," Hassan Al-Jaberi told FNA on Sunday.

Al-Jaberi reiterated that the Al Khalifa regime is making use of the Saudi regime’s aggression against Yemen as an opportunity to suppress the Bahraini opposition and revolutionaries.

He reiterated that the Bahraini regime will fail to break the resistance of the Bahraini people. "The nation will continue  its resistance against the Al Khalifa tyrants".

On Saturday, a Jordanian political expert said that Riyadh is leading a war on the Yemeni people because it sees the recent popular uprising in Yemen as a warning to the Al Saud Dynasty in Saudi Arabia and the Al Khalifa in Bahrain.

"What is happening in Yemen is a warning to the Al Saud and the Al Khalif as it shows nations’ continued struggle against dictatorial governments and mercenaries of the global arrogance until victory," Jordanian political researcher Ali Abdollah said in an interview with FNA.

He underlined that Saudi Arabia and its allies cannot suppress the revolutionary movement of Yemen because the Yemeni people have made their decisions with full information and are resolved to continue their path in defense of their revolution.

Saudi Arabia has been striking Yemen for eleven days now to restore power to fugitive president Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh. The eleven days of the Saudi-led aggression has killed at least 874 Yemenis, including hundreds of women and children.

Hadi stepped down in January and refused to reconsider the decision despite calls by Ansarullah revolutionaries of the Houthi movement.

Despite Riyadh’s claims that it is bombing the positions of the Ansarullah fighters, Saudi warplanes are flattening residential areas and civilian infrastructures.

Five Persian Gulf States — Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait — and Egypt that are also assisted by Israel and backed by the US declared war on Yemen in a joint statement issued on March 26.

US President Barack Obama authorized the provision of logistical and intelligence support to the military operations, National Security Council Spokesperson Bernadette Meehan said late on March 25.

Since February 2011, thousands of anti-regime protesters have held numerous demonstrations on the streets of Bahrain, calling for the Al Khalifa family to relinquish power.

Scores of Bahrainis have been killed and hundreds of others injured and arrested in the ongoing crackdown on peaceful demonstrations.
