It also briefed the Prime Minister on the latest developments concerning the recent Molotov attack on three civilians in Damestan and the measures taken by concerned authorities to track down the perpetrators and bring them before law.

Chaired by Prime Minister Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa at Gudaibiya Palace yesterday, the Cabinet called for coordination of official and non-officials efforts to confront similar attempts that target the Kingdom’s security and citizens’ safety so as to maintain national achievements.

It also re-affirmed the transparency and independence of the judiciary as well as the sound measures taken by the Interior Ministry regarding the martyrdom of policeman Majid Asghar and the close coordination between the ministry and the financial audit court to attain high levels of accuracy, performance and quality.

The Prime Minister lauded the efforts of former Municipalities and Agricultural Affairs Minister Mansour bin Rajab and wished him success in his new duties as State Minister at the same ministry, welcoming the new cabinet member Dr. Jumaa bin Ahmed Al Kaabi who now assumes the portfolio of the municipalities and agricultural affairs, wishing him every success in his duties.
