At a meeting held at the FNC House, they discussed ways for enhancing relations and cooperation between UAE and Palestinian authority to serve the interests of the people of Palestine.
Al Murr stressed that under the directives of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE stands beside the people of Palestine supporting them to regain their legitimate rights and establish an independent Palestinian state with Holy Jerusalem as its capital as per the international resolutions.
The FNC Speaker also stressed the importance of unifying the Palestinian ranks in order to meet the challenges faced the Palestinian issue and to achieve national unity.
The Ambassador expressed gratitude to the continuous support rendered by the UAE to the Palestinian people in various situations.
He said that the people of Palestine carry in their hearts all respect and gratitude to Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the noble leadership and people of the UAE.
