The Yemeni president offered his apologies to Barak Obama on Thursday, a few hours after Yemeni protestors stormed the US embassy and pulled down and burned the US flag, The Associated Press reported.

Following the attack, security forces opened fire on the furious Muslims, killing four people and injuring dozens others.

Hadi also ordered an investigation into the attack and promised to arrest those responsible for the incident. He referred to the protestors as a “rowdy crowd” that attempts to derail Sana’a’s relations with Washington.

The Jewish-funded movie — Innocence of Muslims — that insults Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has brought about growing outrage across the Muslim world.
