The House said in a statement that "this escalation includes Israeli crimes committed against the Palestinian people, excavation work carried out under Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the arrests and aggressions committed against worshippers, " describing such "acts as flagrant violations of international laws and conventions."

The MPs also "called for immediate halt of these aggressions and for the formation of a probe committee to look into the matter, warning that such practices would increase suffering of Palestinians humanitarian conditions."

The Palestinian conflict is an Arab and Islamic issue," the council said affirming Bahrain’s unwavering stance towards it.
