Every citizen has rights and duties but we look forward to having every individual practice their rights according to well-defined regulations, including mainly a sense of responsibility and achievement of national goals, Sheikh Khalifa noted in a speech quoted by Bahraini news agency (BNA).
The Bahraini Premier urged also to use openness and democracy to anchor values of unity, tolerance and brotherhood which characterize the Bahraini society. Sheikh Khalifa also called to work in the interest of the nation and its prosperity.
Cultural and civilization openness to the world should not be at the expense of Bahrain’s cultural and moral heritage, Sheikh Khalifa added.
