He paid tribute to all parliamentary blocs for their resounding vote opposing any normalisation with the Zionist state which continues to repress the Palestinians and deny their legitimate rights.
He urged NGOs, political associations, the General Federation for Bahrain Trade Unions and women’s societies to step up the pressure and lobby the Shura members into approving the normalisation ban.
"My association will take the initiative to contact Shura Council chairman Ali Saleh Al Saleh and convey people’s refusal of all normalisation steps," he said.
