GCC Ambassador in Brussels Ahmad Al-Amer told reporters the two sides are approaching an end to removing obstacles hindering the conclusion of a FTA between the EU and the GCC.
Current meetings which will last for couple of days are focused on expanding the agreement range to include other subjects like education.
However, Al-Amer expected an end to all related issues in the EU-GCC Foreign Ministers’ meeting due in Riyadh next May.
