The Secretariat said in a press release that the Israeli attack on the vessel and the inhumane treatment of its crew and personnel reflected the unjust policies by Israel and the incident itself should be considered an act of piracy.
The GCC called on the international community to take the proper procedures against such Israeli crimes, said the statement.
