The one-day meeting approved the recommendations which were submitted by the chiefs of staff of the armies of the Gulf states regarding boosting the development of the Peninsula Shield.
The ministers recommended a boost to military cooperation in various fields and such recommendations are put forward for the upcoming summit in Muscat, Oman, next month.
The Kuwaiti delegation was headed by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah.
