The Chairman of Majlis Ash’shura delivered a speech where he pointed out that the meeting comes in implementation of the first regular meeting of the GCC chairmen of Shura, National, Representatives and Ummah Councils, hosted by the Sultanate on December 23rd 2008, which stated the formation of Parliamentary Co-ordination and Foreign Relations Committee in which, each council will be represented by three members. Isa’ee also said that the meeting will discuss the draft of the basic statute of Committee, so that it can initiate its duties at the foreseen future.
The Basic statute will be presented at the next meeting for the Chairmen of the Council for approval.
