Parliamentary sources said that contacts made by MPs with constitutional experts resulted in contemplating a study of finding a law for Parliamentary immunity.
The sources noted that there are facts that must be taken into consideration such as the disagreement of the time when the immunity stops with the closing of the National Assembly term. The sources noted that this is because the closure does not stop the National Assembly’s work as its committees continue meetings and carry out work that is not separate from other legislative actions.
