Ali Khalid Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, plenipotentiary minister at the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry, told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on the sidelines of his participation in an Egyptian forum on developing leading skills for public and private organizations’ managers that the ministry attached special attention to the development of specialized human cadres in diverse areas through internal and external training courses.

The forum is part of the activities of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO).

"In Kuwait, modernization is a permanent and renewed process at the ministry where work is done as per an integrated electronic system that is being continuously developed and given a special attention by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah. This has negatively affected the level and pace of performance," he said.

For his part, Farwaniya Governorate Financial Manager Adel Saeed told KUNA on the sidelines of his participation in a forum on international aid management, also as part of the ARADO’s activities, that Kuwait’s continued involvement in such occasions reflected the country’s special attention to permanent development and keenness to keep abreast of modern developments in various areas.

The forum discussed a set of significant issues, involving financial budgets, exploitation of financial surpluses and avoidance of budget deficit, he added.

The ARADO is holding several forums in March to consider the domains of labor, training, leadership skills and management of information technology projects.
