Article 1 adds two new articles, to be numbered 27 and 28, to Chapter Five of the aforesaid Social Security Law. The new articles’ texts read as follows:
“Article 27: The minister may delegate any of his jurisdictions stipulated in this law to a ministry staff whose job grade is not below director-general’s. However, this shall not be applicable to the jurisdictions stipulated in Article No 28 of this law.” “Article 28: The minister shall issue relevant regulations to enforce the provisions of this law.”
Article 2 of the decree stipulates that all that contradicts or contravenes with the provisions of the law (Social Security) shall be cancelled.
Article 2 states that the decree takes effect the day following its date of publishing in the gazette.
