First, approved a draft memorandum of understanding on the establishment of a bureau organising work of Bahraini citizens in the State of Qatar with the aim of enhancing fraternal ties between the two countries.
Second, approved the Finance Ministry’s authorisation to sign a contract with the Qatari Real Estate Investment Company to finance and implement a residence building for the labourers of Abu Samra border centre.
Third, approved taking the necessary procedures to amend the administration method of the customs and ports general authority. Fourth, the Cabinet reviewed the two following topics and took the appropriate decisions:
A letter of the finance minister, who is also in charge of functions of the economy and trade ministry, and chairman of the Qatari standards general authority on a draft decision regarding the issue of the conformity certificate regulations.
