The talks were attended on the Qatari side by HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor al-Thani, HH the Emir’s Secretary for Follow-Up Affairs HE Saad bin Mohamed al-Rumaihi, the office Director of HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs office, H Abdullah bin Eid al-Sulaiti, Qatar’s Ambassador to Libya Mohamed Abdullah al-Subaie, and Director of HE Chief Executive of Qatar Investment Authority’s Office Mansoor Ibrahim al-Mahmoud.
While attending the talks on the Libyan side were Dr Al-Mahmoudi al-Baghdadi, the Secretary General of the general People’s Committee, and Musa Kusa, the Secretary of the General People’s Committee for Foreign Communication.
Later the Emir attended the luncheon banquet Col Gaddafi hosted in his honour and his accompanying delegation.
The Emir left Tripoli in the afternoon concluding a short working visit to Libya.
