The ministry called upon business owners to abide by the labor rules.
The circular also sates that workers should remain at their job site for over 11 hours a day, including the 90-minute break.
The memo also said that when workers are assigned to work overtime, they must be given a written letter with the number of hours they will work for and the dates. The letter must bear the organization’s stamp.
